JMDC Health Management Declaration

As a company aiming to realize a healthy society, JMDC Inc. seeks to maintain and promote the health of its employees and their families, and recognizes creating a better work environment as an important factor for enhancing its corporate strength. The company declares its management practices here based on these principles.

In order to practice health management, the company shall implement the following:

• 1. The president himself/herself leads health management and commits to making the whole company healthy.
• 2. Plan activities that contribute to the health of employees and check and review progress at the Management Meeting.
• 3. Health management activities shall be shared with employees to improve health initiatives.
